DIET, Mon offers Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) which is a two years professional programme for both Pre-service teachers and In-service (untrained) teachers.
Objectives of the programme:
- Empower teachers to improve quality of classroom process
- Develop capacity in teachers to promote child friendly, child centered process in school
- Familiarize teachers with appropriate teaching learning process
- Facilitate teachers to develop leadership & problem solving skills among children
