The objectives of the course are to:

1. Empower teachers to improve quality of classroom process
2. Develop capacity in teachers to promote child friendly, child centered process in school
3. Familiarize teachers with appropriate teaching learning process
4. Facilitate teachers to develop leadership & problem solving skills among children
