Area (in acres) : The total built up area and land area of the institute is four (4) acres.

Classroom: The institute building has five classrooms for transaction of daily classes.
Multipurpose Hall: There is a multi-purpose hall with a seating capacity of 100 people. The hall is used for video conferences and other educational activities.
Library: The institute has a library with about 2000 books catering to the needs of the student-teachers and the faculty in different subjects.
Computer Lab: The institute has a computer lab with six computers for the student-teachers to conduct practical work on ICT.
Arts and Craft Resource Center: The institute has an Arts and Craft Resource Center where handicrafts and other items prepared by the student teachers during Life Skill Education are kept on display.
Administrative Office: The institute has separate office for the Principal and Vice-Principal.
Staff room: There are staff rooms for the teaching faculty.
Toilet facility: There are separate toilet facilities for female and male teacher-educators.
Parking Space: The institute has a parking space for the institute bus, staff vehicles and others.
Space for gardening activities: The institute is beautified with lawn, variety of flowers and green plants grown around it. There is area for gardening activities.
Hostel for boys and girls: There are separate hostels inside the institute campus for boys and girls with an intake capacity of twelve each.

The institute has the following facilities available for the student-teachers:

LCD projector for integrating ICT in teaching learning process.
Transportation service: There is bus service for student-teachers to come to institute from Mon Town.
Hostel facility: There is hostel facility for both boys and girls inside the institute campus with an intake capacity of 12 each.
Solar power: The institute has solar panels installed which provide 24×7 power supply to the boys and girls hostels.
